Shuttle Service:
ON-DEMAND SHUTTLE SERVICE IS CURRENTLY SUSPENDED DUE TO COVID-19 HEALTH PROTOCOLS. When protocols are not in effect, complimentary shuttle service is available on-demand between 8:30am and 4:30pm Monday through Friday to and from local hotels and the train depot. Shuttle service can be requested by calling the Fairbanks rental office when you are ready to be picked up. Customers returning to the Fairbanks rental office during business hours can be dropped off at the airport but customers arriving at Fairbanks International Airport will need to take a taxi to our location as we are not able to pick up customers from the airport. The Fairbanks rental office is a short 5 minute ride from the airport terminal.
Off-Site Return Options
We offer multiple off-site return options for customers who want to return their vehicle at a location other than the rental office. Airport, hotel, train station, and other return sites may be chosen (additional charges may apply). Ask your rental agent for details when you pick up your vehicle.
After-Hours Returns
You may return your vehicle to the Fairbanks rental office outside of regular business hours by utilizing the key-drop box at the rental office at any time.
